Matt “Hambone” Hammond was a practicing attorney when he started writing trivia questions to entertain his friends. Word spread quickly about his fun and unique question style and wide range of topics and facts. And in 2007, Hambone’s was born: He hosted his first trivia night at the Elbow Room in downtown Indy. 

Since then, Matt has perfected his signature game, and Hambone’s has grown into the premier trivia provider for private and virtual events and for bars, restaurants and breweries in and around Indianapolis, Bloomington and beyond. (Hambone’s now also hosts games in Nashville and Detroit.) Just like one of his idols, Dolly Parton, he tumbles outta bed and pours himself a cup of ambition every day to bring custom-crafted, memorable experiences to new friends, businesses and communities.
